With 24 years of experience, Dr James Barr has worked on a variety of patients with different spinal and health problems as well as many other health issues in people of any age. Dr. Barr is a certified Active Release Technique Specialist (a very recognized technique in sports performance and injury recovery), and is certified in clinical nutrition. Dr. Barr is the Team Chiropractor for the MN Swarm professional Lacrosse team. As a tri-athlete, Iron Man finisher, and marathon runner, he enjoys working with athletes as well as the very young and very old.
